What are some good exercise routines that are good for the joints? My joints in recent years haven’t been in the greatest of shape, and I need to get back to working out, and need some help finding workouts that are safe on the joints. Any recommendations?
Walking to some extent is good, but if your joints can’t take it, I suggest using a elliptical, or even a workout bike. Something that takes the weight off of your joints more, but also works them out.
